High-protein Breakfast Recipes with NGX

NGX English Muffins
To make you will need:
3 tbsp NGX BodyFuel
¼ tsp baking powder
5g starch (arrowroot powder)
¼ cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Mix the NGX BodyFuel, baking powder and starch together in a bowl.
- Add water to the mixture and mix well.
- Line your ramekin (or small microwaveable dish) with coconut oil, then pour the mixture into it.
- Cook in the microwave for 1 min 15 sec to 1min 30sec (or cook in an oven for 10-12 mins).
- Enjoy with a nut butter of your choice!
NGX Crepes
To make you will need:
1 scoop of NGX BodyFuel
2 eggs whites & 1 egg
1 tbsp water
¾ cup mixed berries
¼ cup yogurt/almond yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Mix the NGX BodyFuel and water together.
- Then whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the NGX BodyFuel mixture and mix well.
- Drizzle the coconut oil into the pan.
- Pour half the batter into a large pan, make sure that it spreads to the edges so that the crepe is thin.
- Cook until lightly brown then flip and cook again until lightly brown.
- Serve with yogurt and mixed berries.
NGX Banana and Berry Pancakes
To make you will need:
1 scoop NGX BodyFuel
2 large eggs
1 banana
1 pinch of cinnamon
4 tsp baking powder
Tbsp coconut oil
Fresh fruit
3 tbsp yogurt/vegan yogurt
Directions:
- Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks
- Whisk the egg whites together until they form stiff peaks, then add the egg yolks and continue whisking the mixture
- Add the NGX BodyFuel, banana, cinnamon and baking powder into the mixture and keep mixing until smooth
- Heat a non-stick skillet and pour ¼ cup of the mixture onto a skillet and cook for a minute or two on each side (until lightly brown)
- Top with fresh fruit and yogurt
NGX Protein Breakfast Oats
To make you will need:
1 scoop NGX BodyFuel
½ cups oats
1 cup water
1 banana
1 handful of almonds
1 handful of blueberries
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Add oats and water to a pot.
- Then add a pinch of salt and cinnamon and stir.
- Cook over a mid-high heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Take the oats off the heat and then stir in your protein powder.
- Serve the oats with sliced banana, almonds and blueberries.
