Blueberry Chia Smoothie Bowl
Blueberries & bananas are two fruits that blend perfectly together to create a nutritious and flavoursome smoothie bowl. It’s ideal for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or post-workout fuel. And what’s more, you can top this smoothie bowl with anything you fancy, or have lying around!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of BodyFuel
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash almond milk to mix
- Suggested toppings: coconut flakes, raspberries and chia seeds
Recipe
Place all the items in a blender, with a couple of cubes of ice. If the mix is too thick, add a splash of cold water.
