Gingerbread BodyFuel Smoothie Recipe
Make your BodyFuel festive with our Gingerbread protein smoothie recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 35g scoop of BodyFuel
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 5g scoop of Cacao & Coconut or Vanilla Flavour Boost
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 drizzle of maple syrup
- 1 handful of ice
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, pour and drink immediately. Enjoy!
